Refund policy

We do not refund, accept returns or make exchanges unless the following:

  • Due to the Covid period, if the unused/unopened product is damaged when delivered, you can reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving:
    • Kindly email us at mysuperkidcare@gmail.com with a photograph of the product. We will replace such a product.
  • An order once placed cannot be canceled or exchanged or returned or refunded.
